At Pittsburgh Wedding Planning we feature our Smart Match application which connects Brides with Wedding Professionals based on services needed, Vendor availability, and approximate price ranges…. the perfect compliment to busy successful Wedding Vendors.
Pittsburgh Wedding Planning also offers the ability for Clients to book a package through US, complete the contract and secure the date with a deposit via Paypal or Credit Card. The Client can choose among fixed price packages. Once we receive a secured date, we obtain an appropriate Event Professional for the date who follows up with the Client to confirm the arrangement for Both Client and Professional. These are sub contract arrangements where you the Vendor, represents yourself and once the date is secured, the Client is completely and totally yours. We charge the same fees for these as we do for our Referral fees… very very reasonable.
As one of our Event Professional partners, you can decide if you want to participate in our “Pre Booked ” packages, or would rather just get our targeted leads. It’s completely up to you. We have structured these packages to be simple on options and basic services, yet price competitive. We charge our Professionals NO ADDITIONAL fees for these packages over our normal referral fees. Lastly, you are free to upsell or add additional services once you get the job…. after all, the Client becomes your client at that point.
For the Client:
- Pick a package that fits their budget
- We secure the qualified professional for the event, saving the client time, hassle, and money.
For the Professional:
- Cut out the selling process for some of your dates, saving time and money
- Receive prebooked dates to supplement your calendar
Process Details:
- Client selects package and secures the date with a deposit
- We email Professionals in the program to alert them of the opportunity and Client details
- The first Professional who responds to accept the date gets it
- Vendor follows up with the Client to confirm the arrangement, and determine if a good match exists
- Both Client and Vendor have Seven Days to confirm or reject the date. (Client gets ONE reject option per Contract)
- Should one party reject, WE will obtain a different professional for the date who follows up with the Client
- Event Professional receives part of the initial deposit as a down payment
- Event Professional handles all Client interactions going forward
- Event Professional receives the balance due to them from the Client after the Wedding or Event
- Again, very similar to the agencies in town, but just about 25% less fees to the professionals!
