Q. Why would I Book a DJ or Photographer directly through Pittsburgh Wedding Planning?
A. A great price, a terrific discount, and experienced professional, and you save time, hassale, and money.
Q. Does your service work for Parties too? Or only Weddings?
A. We book a LOT of Parties for our DJs. Many of the parties add a terrific photo package also for great shots of the FUN and the guests.
Q. How am I saving money by booking through Pittsburgh Wedding Planning?
A. We negotiate discounts with our Professionals because we offer them volume and repeat business. They don’t have to spend time and money on Marketing, Websites, and trying to “close” deals. Because of this they offer me great prices, and I pass the savings along to you!
Q. What is different about Pittsburgh Wedding Planning from the other Agencies in town?
A. About a 30% discount. Many larger agencies charge their professionals 35% or more to book a date for them. We don’t. We charge a very small and reasonable fee. This means YOU get a much better and more experienced Professional for the same cost to You because a much higher % of your money goes to the Professional.
Q. How soon will a I know who my Professional is?
A. Again, unlike some larger firms who assign a DJ or Photographer a month before the wedding, Pittsburgh Wedding Planning secures your Professional immediately who follows up with you to introduce themselves. In the case of photographers, you can see some sample photos.
Q. What if I don’t like my Event Professional?
A. We don’t want anyone to feel stuck. You have 15 days in which to reject your Event Professional and we will secure you another one. If you are still unsatisfied after 30 days, we will refund your deposit.
Q. Are you’re guys any good?
A. Of course they are or we wouldn’t use them. We screen them before starting, then obtain Client Reviews of them to ensure US and YOU (future Clients), that our Guys and Gals do deliver! In addition, we use many of the same Professionals that some of the larger agencies use, but again, provide about a 30% discount.
